Tell us about your home and you get honest advice on the system it needs, and top tier service on every job. Every system we supply and install is sized to the rooms it serves and carries our 7 year workmanship warranty.

    Our 7 year workmanship warranty

On every system we supply and install, the warranty covers our work: the ducting, every place we go through your walls and ceilings, the mounting of the indoor and outdoor units, the condensate drainage and the commissioning. Once the job is paid, you get it in writing, with a certificate and a service logbook.

The one condition is a service at least once every 12 months by a licensed air conditioning technician. Our service plan takes care of it and records each visit against your certificate. The equipment carries its maker's warranty, and our workmanship on repairs and electrical work carries 12 months.

    How we price an install

You get the full installed price, GST included, worked out room by room from your home's measurements, and it holds for the job as described until the date on your quote. If we have not been through your home yet, a free site visit confirms the figure before anything is ordered.

Your quote comes as a link you can open on your phone. It usually sets out three options at three prices, and whichever you choose, we install it the same way. You tick extras on or off and the total follows, and when you press Accept you get a written summary of what you bought, the price and the terms.

    Brands we install

Panasonic leads our range. Brands we install, by kind of system:

    • Ducted: Panasonic, Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Samsung and Hisense
    • Split systems: Panasonic, Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu and Hisense
    • Multi-head: Panasonic, Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Samsung and Hisense
    • A Panasonic outdoor unit on a commercial metal roof, our previous work

A Panasonic we installed on a commercial site

    • A Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ducted system we installed

    • A Hisense we installed for a business

One company for the electrical and the air conditioning

The circuit, the isolator beside the outdoor unit and any switchboard work your air conditioner needs go on the same quote. There is no second trade to chase, and if anything is ever not right, it is one call to us.

    Our previous work

    • A split system on a living room wall, our previous work
    • An AirTouch zone controller on a face brick wall, our previous work
    • A Virtas technician wiring the control board of a Panasonic ceiling cassette before it goes up

    The other trade

    Electrical

Switchboards, three phase and mains upgrades, rewires, granny flats and EV chargers, planned with your air conditioning, not around it.

    FAQ

    Questions people ask

How do you work out what size system I need?

Room by room, from your home's measurements: what each room is used for, its floor area, ceiling height and glass, and the age and insulation of the house. We tell you what to expect for your place before you buy, rather than a temperature in degrees, because that depends on how the house is built and run.

Will the price change after I accept?

If we have already been through your home, no. If we have not, the free site visit confirms the final figure before anything is ordered. Either way, anything extra, whether you ask for it or we find something nobody could see when we quoted, is priced in writing and you decide before the work happens.

Do you repair systems you did not install?

Yes. The visit is charged at the rate we give you when you book, and it covers getting to you and finding the fault. We quote the repair before we do it, and if you decide not to go ahead, you pay for the visit. Our repair workmanship carries 12 months, and the parts we fit carry their maker's warranty.

Should I repair my old system or replace it?

We tell you whether we would repair it or replace it, and why. Either way, we can do the work. On an older system, the parts around a failed one have been working under stress too, so another fault can follow, and you hear that before you decide.
